"First, I understood it to be a hotel but it was a motel.
Secondly, I had to have three pass keys made because the key didn't fit the door.
Thirdly, the billboard gave a room rate of 39.00 and I paid $45.00. There was no security and a new staff member checking in clientswho had no authorization to change my rate. Whem we phoned the owner at home, there was no answer. I didn't stay the next two nights and do not recommend this service to anyone,"
